What happens if you are out of my size or out of stock on an Item I want? TOP
Please let us know by contacting us on our contact page. We can often special order items for you or let you know when they will be back in stock. Sometimes we are unable to restock certain items,due to discontinuing of the item. We will do our best to help you find another product with similar qualities.
I have my own product line that I think would be perfect for your website. Would you consider carrying it? TOP
Depending on the time of year, and product we encourage you to contact us and let us know what your product is, and will let you know if it is a fit for our store. Keep in mind that we receive several inquires and we may not be able to respond to each one. We will keep all inquires we receive and when we are looking for new products we will go back and look at those submissions. All products need to be CPSIA compliant.
What is Lilboyblu's Return Policy? TOP
We gladly accept return items within 14 days of receiving your item. Custom made items, personalized items, and monogrammed items are final sale.
To send an item back please:
1) Call lilboyblu.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and discuss return options with a customer service representative.
2) Products returned must be in good condition, not used or worn to be considered for exchange or credit.
3) Send your item back using a method where the product can be tracked & insured. Lilboyblu.com is not responsible for the return shipping cost.
4) Once we have received your item back we will post a refund to the credit card used during purchase.
4) Items received outside the 14 day period will be issued a store credit only.
